How fear of any things binds our will power or make our energy limited, how can we overcome from fear

Friends everyone has faced fear in their life at some incidents or in some situations, but do you noticed that it disturbs our mental status and we give up among fear

This phobia fills negativity in our mind at this phenomena we starts thinking about the future aspects let me explain you with an example suppose I'm a caption of a football team and we have an important match today and i have to motivate my team then I'll use to say to my team "we will win today's match definitely " because theses words circulate a positive energy to my team and my team only focus themselves for winning the match but do you think what will happen when I dictate these words "we will not lose today's match " these words provides a negative kind of vibe to my team which nothing do special but my team will lose their potential and may well lose that match so the moral of the story is that if we think about any further coming situations our body language behave like that situation

At last don't underestimate your mind just because of fear we are much capable to handle any situations

Today I'll talk about success or achievements in our life
Whenever we think about success the thing which comes in our mind is money we relate our achievements with the money which we earn
But it is not totally true at all our success never depends on money which we earne during our life span our success never affects by money
The things which affects our success is our dedication towards our goal,  our passion towards our goal ,and our thrust towards our work
Money or property only full fill our basic needs it doesn't affect our whole life
So that we only require our dedication towards our goal to become a successful person
And friends  keep one thing in our mind that when we work with perfection then we definitely become successful one day but if we work for money or we are only make our goal as money the it will becomes a barrier over our success

Unemployment

Hello everyone my name is " ADARSH GUPTA " 

Today I'm hear to say something about unemployment in today's era 

Now a days unemployment had taken a terrible situation amoung our youth 

Now it is sorry to say but a large community of our youth is suffering from unemployment most of  our young bloods are unemployed today either they are working over a low wages or either they are jobless they are not contribute their responsibility for the nations development because they aren't satisfied with theirself of  with their jobs 

I believe that the main reason behind the unemployment is our youth itself

because we never select our goal , we never works for our passion 

We never try to know ourselves we only follow the major groups of people 

We never take our decision according to our self we take decision according to the mass community or according to group of  people near ourself and due to this we never understand ourself  we makes our decision according to the group of people 

And due to this mistake we just lost our identity now we are working like a machine we are working much harder but we can't generate anything 

At last I would like to say now it is time to enhancing our decision making quality now we have to be know about ourself and it is time to work over skills and to identify our passion 

believe me we only get success through our passion
